Square Enix’s third-person shooter The 3rd Birthday is set for a drop date in the UK on April 1st. Along with the new release timing, an English trailer was also released into the wild, boasting about three minutes of running, gunning, and torn jeans.
Be prepared for some Japanese standbys, though, as heartfelt but ill timed J-pop songs, exaggerated gasps, and love stories involving spikey-haired dudes are all over the second half of this trailer. There is a juicy amount of gameplay in there though, so there is something to look forward to–unless, of course, if J-pop and spikey-haired dudes are your thing.

Slightly Mad’s Shift sequel, Shift 2 Unleashed, is looking better and better by the trailer and at this point, you’ve got to admire EA’s attempt at making Need for Speed the king of the road once again.
With arcade racer Hot Pursuit at the top of the list, it’s time to drive for broke and take on the (6) million-seller simulator Gran Turismo 5. And just how are EA and Slightly Mad going to go about doing that? Have a good look at the trailer embedded above and you’ll realize just how big of a contender Shift 2 can actually be come March.

Id’s new Rage trailer is a bit of a downer at first with panning shots of destroyed and run down relics of civilization and a hardened voice telling you how the “God of Chaos” tore humanity apart. But when all that’s said and done, the trailer is still about using awesome guns to make ugly things not move anymore, so this trailer has a little something for everyone.
Rage is set to drop in September of this year.
